This property has the following check-in and check-out times and policies:

DEPOSIT IS NON REFUNDABLE

46-60 days prior to arrival - no penalty, but reservation is amendable/consumable, non refundable.
31-45 days prior to arrival - 25% penalty base from the total amount of reservation, but reservation is amendable/consumable, non refundable.
15-30 days prior to arrival - 40% penalty base from the total amount of reservation, but reservation is amendable/consumable, non refundable.
8-14 days prior to arrival - 50% penalty base from the total amount of reservation, but reservation is amendable/consumable, non refundable.
7 days or less prior to arrival - 50% penalty base from the total amount of reservation, non amendable/consumable, non refundable.
No Show - 100% penalty base from the total amount of reservation, non amendable/consumable, non refundable.

Rates are inclusive of 12% VAT and exclusive of 5% Service Charge
Rates are inclusive of daily breakfast
Use of Swimming pool and other facilities is possible for in-house guests
Rates may change without prior notice and are based on overnight accommodation per room, per minimum capacity.
In excess of the minimum capacity, EXTRA PERSON CHARGE IS APPLIED.
Extension per hour is Php 300 depending on room availability.
Resort Policy: ALL ROOMS ARE NON-SMOKING, FOOD, DRINKS, COOKING AND PETS are not allowed inside the Resort Premises.
Corporate Discount are applicable to accredited corporate partners.

Room Reservations are held until 4:00 PM only.
Payment upon check-in is required by all guests.
